Each dot represents a cell, colored by transcriptionally defined phenotype. Organized crypts contain goblet cells, enterocytes, stem cells, and rare secretory types like enteroendocrine and tuft cells. Stromal and immune cells populate surrounding regions.

Explore our panels and plan your project

This interactive tool helps researchers explore and compare RNA gene panels for spatial projects. Select a standard panel from the left to view its genes and composition, upload your own gene list to analyze overlap with existing panels, and receive personalized recommendations for custom panel design based on your specific research needs. Filter genes by biological categories, visualize panel composition at a glance, and export comprehensive gene lists with annotations for your spatial profiling experiments.

Craft Custom Panels

Fast, Cost-Effective Customization

Built on padlock probe chemistry with rolling circle amplification, our craft custom RNA panels deliver exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and spatial precision. Each gene is targeted with 3–12 probes, and unlike barcode-based methods, we sequence the probe-binding region itself—enabling design optimization, probe-level QC, and fine-tuned performance across diverse tissue types. Panels can be rapidly added to existing designs (up to 150 genes) or created de novo (up to 500 genes), offering unmatched flexibility for translational and discovery applications.

Custom Panel Creation
1

Submit Genes

Use our Panel Explorer to identify the best custom panel type for your needs, then simply submit your gene list to get started. We'll evaluate design feasibility, flag any potential issues, and guide you through the next steps.

Supports add-on panels or up to 400 de-novo genes
2

Review Design

Each design undergoes a review step where we check gene-level coverage and identify any regions that may impact probe performance. You'll have the opportunity to refine content before locking in the panel.

Flag and adjust based on predicted performance

Receive Panel

Once finalized, your custom panel is synthesized at scale—enough for up to 8 flow cells—and shipped ready to power your next wave of spatial insights.

Immune and Tumor Microenvironment Panel

This high-performance panel includes oligo-conjugated antibodies optimized for spatial profiling of immune and tumor microenvironments. With robust specificity and compatibility across tissues, it offers deep insight into cell type, state, and structure. Two customizable slots allow added flexibility, with custom conjugation available in 10–12 weeks.
